Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered and would like to return them, don't worry, we are here to help you.
After receiving your order, to return any unwanted product(s) fourteen (14) Remember that you have a day. The shipping costs of the products to be exchanged or returned belong to our customers. For shipments sent at buyer's expense Peploum does not accept exchanges/returns. If you provide shipping with our contracted Mng Cargo, you can send return and exchange products with more affordable pricing. You can send using our Mng Cargo return/exchange code: 1357641186.

For returns, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure the product is in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, with its original tags and accessories.
- Please contact our Customer Support Team at info@peploum.com. During our working hours Our team will provide feedback on the relevant issue.
Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Order name
- Email address
- Your request
Items must be unused, unworn and in good condition. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
We also love to hear your thoughts on the items you return. Any additional feedback is greatly appreciated, so please include your reason for return when emailing us!
Once we receive the product and check it, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account depending on your bank. Once we have reviewed the product, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact our customer support service as soon as possible after receiving your initial order.

In order to be eligible for an exchange/return, your request must meet the appropriate conditions. Products must be unused, unworn and in good condition. We cannot accept or exchange returns of products that have been worn, washed or are not in their original condition. Products must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
If you want a different product or the price of the product you requested is different from the price you paid for the original product, you must return the original product you do not want for a refund and place a new order.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or color you selected, a refund will be issued instead. Depending on where you live, the shipping time for the new exchanged item may vary.
