Orders

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

You cannot cancel your order yourself, but we can of course help you. The order can only be cancelled before it has been shipped and our warehouse has started working with the order. After that we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Can I exchange an item after I place my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to orders once they have been finalized. However, once your order has been delivered to you and the conditions for the exchange are met, you can make an exchange by following the steps in our return and exchange policy.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

To change your shipping address, you must contact our customer service team. Shipping address can only be changed before the order is shipped.

What are the payment methods?

You can make your payment securely via our website with your credit card or debit card. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information.

I forgot to add a billing address to my order. What can I do?

Please email our customer service team at orders@peploum.com with your order number and billing address. However, please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot change the details of your order.

Delivery

How much is the shipping fee?

All our shipping is free. However, shipping costs for exchanges or returns belong to our customers. If you provide shipping with our contracted Mng Cargo, you can send return and exchange products with more affordable pricing. You can send using our Mng Cargo return/exchange code: 1357641186.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Usually your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. This period may vary depending on the density.

How long does it take to reach me after my order is shipped?

Under normal circumstances, your cargo will reach you within 1-3 business days, but please note that this period may vary depending on the density of the cargo company and your region.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. You can also visit MNG Kargo's website with the tracking number provided.

Why didn't my order arrive within the specified delivery time?

Although we make all reasonable efforts to ensure your order is delivered within the specified timeframe, we cannot accept liability for late deliveries once the order has left our distribution centre. Our customer service team will do their best to notify you of any unexpected delays.

Products and Stock

I'm not sure which size to choose. Can you help me?

You can choose your size by looking at the size on the mannequin and the size of the mannequin in the product description section. Also, there is a "Find My Size" option on the Add to Cart button on the product pages of many of our products. You can find the size that suits you best by clicking this button and entering the required information.

Where can I find care instructions for a garment?

You can find the care instructions for each garment in the "Product Description" section. You can also find this information on the inside label of our products. To ensure you enjoy your Peploum pieces for a long time, please make sure to use each product according to the care instructions.

The product I want to buy is out of stock. Will it be back in stock?

Please subscribe to our product email newsletter to be notified when the product comes back into stock.

Technical Issues

My payment was declined. What should I do?

In most cases, this is due to the policies of the card issuing bank. Please contact your credit card provider to find out the reason and whitelist the transaction.

I haven't received confirmation of my order. Is my order still valid?

Please make sure your order confirmation email is not in your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email within an hour, please contact our customer service team at orders@peploum.com regarding the status of your order and they will review your request.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Please make sure you are logged in with the correct email address and correct password. If you need to reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" button.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

What is your return policy?

The shipping cost of the products that are requested to be exchanged or returned belongs to our customers. Peploum does not accept exchange/return for cargoes sent with the recipient's payment. You have fourteen (14) days after receiving your order to request a return authorization code and return the unwanted item(s).

I really like the product I purchased, but I need a different size. Can I exchange it?
